    Saturday CEU Classes with Suzanne DeWees, Ph.D. Each class fee is $20 with 3 Yoga Alliance CEU's per class. Each class ends with a Yoga Nidra session.

    Thursdays, Oct 28th - Dec 10th, 7:00-8:00 p.m., with Suzanne DeWees (Rambha) a certified professional Kripalu Yoga teacher for over 30 years. She has studied and "sat" over 180 days of silent retreat in the U.S., India, Burma, Thailand and Nepal with meditation teachers and masters.
  • COMMUNITY MORNING YOGA
    Fridays, Oct 14th - Dec 9th, 8:00-9:00 a.m. with Suzanne DeWees (Rambha) a certified professional Kripalu Yoga teacher for over 30 years and a Kripalu Yoga Teacher Mentor. She was awarded the title "Acharya" by Yogi Amrit Desai in 1992.

  • Pranayama & Meditation
    The first step on the spiritual path is to recognize and understand the role of Prana (vital force) in the body. In this two-hour workshop we will learn to increase Prana in the body through the study and practice of the ancient science of breathwork known as "pranayama".
  • Yoga Nidra: Cultivating Awareness
    A workshop to explore deep relaxation combined with the rejuvenating and restorative effects of energizing the pineal gland located at the ajna chakra, or Third Eye.
