The first step on the spiritual path is to recognize and understand the role of Prana (vital force) in the body. In this two-hour workshop we will learn to increase Prana in the body through the study and practice of the ancient science of breathwork known as "pranayama".
The main objective of meditation is to bring steadiness to the mind, which being very sensitive, usually remains disturbed. We will explore how meditation, with the help of pranayama, can gradually remove the causes of mental unrest, to create a state of mental peace.
